Refund and Returns Policy

At E-Shopping BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-returnable Items:

Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or gift cards, are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for an exchange or replacement.
